Ahzen

Ahzen was a king of Wintermere during the era of the prophet Isen, known for his refusal to trust the Hoarfather’s sign and his alliance with warm foreign powers. The prophet Isen confronted him with the Immanuel-Frost prophecy (“Behold, a young woman shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel-Frost” — Isen 7:12), given precisely because Ahzen would not ask for a sign. His reign is regarded as a turning point toward Wintermere’s later apostasy.
